§ 86-150. Violations; abatement.

Upon the failure, neglect, or refusal of any owner or occupant so notified to remove, cut, or destroy such weeds or other unsightly growths within the designated time period, the street superintendent is authorized and empowered to provide for the removal, cutting, or destroying of such growths by or for the city.
