§ 62-31. Collection fees.

Garbage collection fees shall be assessed and payable monthly in the amount established by resolution of the city council. Exceptions may be made for hardship cases. Garbage collection fees are levied against both the owner and the occupant of premises served, jointly and severally, but collecting from one shall relieve the other.
