§ 62-21. Notice of violation.

The street superintendent by written notice shall notify any person violating this article of the corrective action necessary. Failure to comply within two weeks of the date of such written notice shall be deemed a violation of these regulations subject to penalties as provided in section 1-9. A separate violation shall be deemed committed each day during or upon which such unlawful situation continues.
