§ 42-54. Unavailability of towing company.

Latest version.

If the primary service determines he is unavailable for his rotation day for any period of time, he will immediately notify the city radio dispatcher at the 911 center. The city dispatcher will notify the next service on the rotation list. This service will then become primary and will respond pursuant to the schedule in section 42-52.
