§ 10-159. Presence on licensed premises restricted.

No licensee permitted to sell distilled spirits by the package shall permit any person under the legal drinking age as prescribed by state law to be in, frequent, or loiter about the licensed premises unless such person is accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to persons who are employees of the licensee.
