§ 94-321. Authority to initiate.

This chapter, including the official zoning map, may be amended by the city council upon its own motion, in accordance with the requirements of the this chapter. all applications to amend the text of this chapter, to amend the official zoning map, to annex property, or seek conditional use review shall be filed in the office of the city clerk.
