§ 94-294. Enforcement officer.

The provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the enforcement officer who is given the authority to perform these functions. The enforcement officer's duties shall include receiving applications, inspecting premises, issuing building permits and certificates of occupancy for uses and structures that meet the requirements of this chapters and other duties that are authorized by the city council.
