§ 94-81. Permitted and conditional uses by district.

  • (a)

    No principal building, structure, or land use shall be permitted except in the zoning districts indicated and for the purposes specified in the permitted and conditional uses table, in this section.

    (b)

    Each use in the table in subsection (c) of this section is mutually exclusive and does not encompass other uses listed in the table. The principal use is denoted by:

    (1)

    The letter "X," is allowed in that zone district by right.

    (2)

    The letter "C," is permitted only if a conditional use permit is granted by the mayor and council after review under this chapter.

    (c)

    For uses not included in the following table, where the enforcement officer is unable to determine clear placement, application shall be made to the zoning board of appeals, for interpretation under special exceptions or the ordinance shall be appropriately amended regarding such use:
