§ 82-59. Size of service tap.

Latest version.

No service tap shall be more than three-fourths inch in diameter; provided that the water and sewerage superintendent may grant special permission for larger taps where the water supply and service facilities are sufficient to permit such taps. Where a larger tap is permitted, the director shall fix the tapping charge therefor.
