§ 82-2. Billing; delinquency; penalties.

(a)

Water and sewer bills shall be mailed on the 25th day of each month. All water and sewer bills shall be due on or before the tenth day of the month.

(b)

If the bill is not paid by the tenth day of the month, the customer shall be assessed a penalty of ten percent of the amount of the bill.

(c)

If the bill is not paid by the tenth day of the following month, a notice shall be sent to the customer advising that service will be disconnected if the full amount of the bill, including penalties, remains unpaid on the 20th day of the month.
