§ 62-54. Application for license.

Latest version.

Application for a license to engage in the business of solid waste collection and disposal shall be made as provided in article III of chapter 22, except that the application shall contain the following additional information:
(1)

The number, type, and size of waste collection vehicles to be used;

(2)

The number of employees to be assigned to each waste collection vehicle;

(3)

The name and location of commercial and industrial establishments and/or the number of residences to be served;

(4)

The types of waste to be collected; and

(5)

The state permit number of each disposal site to be used.
