§ 58-50. License required; fees.

Latest version.

Any used car or used motor vehicle dealer who does business within this municipality shall be required to obtain a license from the city's building and licensing department in the manner specified in this chapter. Application for licensure shall be as provided in article III of chapter 22. The annual business license fee for each used car or used motor vehicle dealer doing business in the city shall be in the amount established by resolution of the city council.
