§ 58-19. License required; fees.

Each pawnbroker doing business within this municipality shall be required to obtain a license from the business and licensing department in the manner specified in this chapter. Application for licensure shall be as provided in article III of chapter 22. The application for licensure as a pawnbroker shall be accompanied by the annual business license fee established by resolution of the city council.
