§ 54-51. Required.

Each peddler and itinerant merchant as such terms are defined herein, who does business within this municipality shall be required to obtain a license from the city's building and licensing department in the manner specified in this chapter. No license shall be issued without the approval of the city council. This section does not apply to charitable solicitors.
