§ 42-60. Insurance requirements.

Latest version.

Each towing company participating in the city's rotation list shall obtain and continuously maintain in full force and effect the following insurance:
(1)

Commercial liability insurance in the amount of $300,000.00 on any vehicle operated from the place of business.

(2)

On-hook coverage in the amount of $100,000.00.

(3)

Cargo and contents coverage in the amount of $100,000.00.

(4)

Garage keeper's legal liability in the amount of $100,000.00. This coverage must cover any and all vehicles in the custody of the towing service.
