§ 30-58. Definition of terms used in adopted code.

Latest version.

Whenever words are used in the adopted fire code referring the chief official or administrator, they shall be held to mean the chief of the fire department of the city, and whenever words are used referring to the administering department or agency, they shall be held to mean the fire department of the city.
