§ 2-344. Membership.

The construction board of adjustment and appeals should consist of four members with knowledge and experience in the city's technical codes, such as, but not in limitation, design professionals, contractors or building industry representatives. In addition to the regular members, there should be one alternate member. A board member shall not act in a case in which he has a personal or financial interest.
