§ 22-111. Transacting business when tax delinquent.

The tax registration herein provided for shall be issued by the city manager and if any person whose duty it is to obtain a registration shall, after said registration or occupation tax becomes delinquent, transact, in the city, any kind of profession, trade, or calling subject to this article without having first obtained said registration, such offender shall, upon conviction be subject to penalties as provided in section 1-9.(Code 1979, § 36-11.0)
