§ 14-6. Disposal of infected animals.

Any animal that appears to be suffering from rabies or affected with hydrophobia, mange, or any other infectious or dangerous disease shall be destroyed as soon as such infection or disease is discovered or must be confined by the owner and kept from access to any animal or person.
