§ 10-254. Type of retail outlet.

Beer and wine may be sold at retail, by the package, only in outlets duly licensed to sell beer or wine by the package or outlets maintaining 75 percent of the floor space and storage area in a manner which is devoted principally to the retail sale of other foods and groceries.
