§ 10-136. Happy hour and other promotions prohibited.

  • No licensee for the sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink shall engage in any happy hour promotions. The licensee is expressly prohibited from selling any alcoholic beverage at a price other than the price customarily charged by the licensee. The term "customarily charged" means the price regularly charged for the alcoholic beverage during the same calendar week.
