§ 10-134. Licensed retailers and wholesalers.

No retail licensee shall purchase alcoholic beverages from any person other than a wholesaler licensed under this chapter. No wholesaler shall sell any alcoholic beverage to anyone other than a retailer licensed under this chapter.
