§ 10-37. Registered agent.

Upon the issuance of a license to a corporation, the licensee must have and continuously maintain a registered agent upon whom any process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law or under this article to be served upon the licensee may be served. This registered agent must be an individual. The licensee shall file the name of the agent, along with the written consent of the agent, with the mayor and city council in the form as they may prescribe.
