§ 10-23. License required.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold in the city only after the issuance of a license for the sale by the city and only in the manner permitted by the license. Alcoholic beverages may be sold in the city only by a licensee who complies with the rules and regulations of this article, and with the licensing, regulatory and revenue requirements of the state.
